A blue sapphire dress ring

A 9 carat yellow gold dress ring featuring an oval cut Ceylon-type blue sapphire of 0.40ct, light tone with consistent blue saturation, rub-over set at the centre.

Surrounding the sapphire are six round brilliant cut diamonds totalling 0.09ct, F–G colour, SI1 clarity, good cut grade, arranged within a white rhodium-plated lattice motif across the domed band.

The ring weighs 4.56 grams, finger size N½, and is presented in very good condition with minimal signs of wear. A distinctive design combining gemstone colour with decorative latticework.
