Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping in New Zealand. Orders will be shipped fully insured, via New Zealand Post. All orders will be personally arranged with you, the purchaser, and will not ship without your approval. We will only ship after a written confirmation via email from the purchaser. If you have an important date in mind, please let us know  so we can plan with you accordingly. All packages are sent in a signature required parcel.

We offer Saturday delivery for an additional fee. Please contact us for this option.

International Shipping

International shipping is $300NZD. On international orders, the customer/purchaser is responsible for all additional duties, taxes and/or tariffs that might incur. All international orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL. All packages shipped by Nicholas Alexander Jewellers are fully insured for their purchased price. For insurance purposes, we will not provide tracking information. Please contact us +64 4 973 9719  or info@nicholasalexander.co.nz to track your shipment. All shipments must be made to a physical address with 
an adult present to sign for the package.
