With more than two decades of experience in the industry, Nicholas specialises in gemmology, diamonds and jewellery valuation, with a particular interest in antique & period jewellery.
His knowledge spans jewellery from across the eras, combining expertise with a genuine appreciation for craftsmanship, design & provenance. Nicholas personally selects the pieces offered by Nicholas Alexander Jewellers, choosing jewellery for its quality and character.
Above all, he enjoys working with people — sharing his knowledge and helping clients find pieces they will genuinely enjoy owning and wearing.
Hannah Cross
Jeweller & Client services
A qualified jeweller with more than 15 years of industry experience, Hannah brings a practical understanding of how jewellery is designed, made, repaired and remodelled.
Creative, knowledgeable and naturally personable, she works with clients in the showroom while supporting the business across many aspects of its day-to-day work. Hannah genuinely enjoys jewellery and working with people, bringing an experienced jeweller’s eye and an approachable manner to every conversation.
Sally O'Hagan
Client services
Sally brings more than 30 years of jewellery industry experience to Nicholas Alexander Jewellers. A qualified diamond grader and experienced industry member, she has an extensive knowledge of diamonds, gemstones and jewellery across a broad range of periods and styles.
Personable and considered in her approach, Sally enjoys sharing her knowledge and helping clients feel confident in their choices. Her depth of experience makes her a trusted member of the team, both in the showroom and behind the scenes.
