Return Policy For In Store purchases
You have 14 days to return your purchase for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price. We also offer an exchange for store credit only within 30 days. No exchange or refund is acceptable for jewellery which has been worn, altered or damaged. All sales are final after 30 days.
Return Policy For online purchases
For online orders paid via credit cards, PayPal or bank transfer, you have 14 days from the time your package arrives to return your item for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping fees are not refundable where applicable. All returned jewellery items must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewellery will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered or worn. We also offer an exchange for store credit only within 30
days after purchase. All sales are final after 30 days.
Estate, Antique & New in store jewellery
All estate, antique & new jewellery for sale in store are one-off pieces, so please choose your purchase carefully. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt in New Zealand. If you are unsure about your purchase, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt to discuss the return or exchange.
To complete your return, the jewellery must be in the same condition at the time of purchase, and must be returned with all of their packaging and documentation. A receipt and proof of purchase must also be provided.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
Certain promotions such as sales may mean an item is unable to be returned - if this is the case it will be clearly stated with the item details during the promotion period.
Custom Made Jewellery
All custom made jewellery including engagement rings and wedding rings are non refundable final sales so please ensure you are 100% happy with the design prior to work commencing.
Return and Refund Process
- You notify Nicholas Alexander Jewellers that your intention is to return the product and this is discussed and agreed with Nicholas Alexander Jewellers.
- The product is returned to our store or by post within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- An assessment of the product will be completed in-store by Nicholas Alexander Jewellers to ensure the product is in the same condition at the time of your purchase.
- Proof of purchase is provided
- Return postage, packing, insurance and handling is the responsibility of the customer.
- Nicholas Alexander Jewellers will refund the original purchase price (not for any original or return shipping or insurance)
- We will provide a refund within 14 business days of the date of return, by the same method as the original payment, or by bank transfer, solely at Nicholas Alexander Jewellerʼs discretion.
- Return postage, packing and handling is the responsibility of the customer.
